The evite goes out as a spam notification. Therefore, many of the guests would delete the invite since it looks like spam! I requested a refund of my money and still have not heard from anyone!

Hi I contacted you yesterday to see if you can refund or cancel the purchase I've made because first they charged me in dollars and never saw that, sencond I've got wrong the package and buyed the membership turns out I'm getting married and I was usind this app for one time only, I won't use it as a profesional disigner or a business so I'm asking for you to consider me to cancell the purchase, and the 3rd reason is that because you are an american company the invitations dosent work in México where I'm from, so that's why I can't enter the phone numbers of my families and friends.

Accidentally created a Premium Evite rather than Free.
- Accidentally created a premium evite with 112 names and contact details.
- No option to revert to free; it took around 2 hours to gather emails.
So far, it is not easy to get immediate help without paying for it.
Hello, I accidentally created a premium evite with about 112 names and emails/phone numbers. There is no option to go back and create the free version of the invite—even though some instructions indicate there is.
It took me 2 hours or so to gather the email addresses, and I don't want to lose those! I would appreciate help with this. Thank you for your earliest response. By the way, I am not pissed.

In addition to fleecing me for another 40, each time I added 30 more people, I found out all of my invitation recipients were fraudulently asked to donate money. I am pursuing criminal charges; this is surely a cyber crime. Stay away from this company.
