No customer support
I had to get my questions answered by a friend rather than anyone at Evite. Their instructions on how to get the Evite set up are somewhat unclear, so it took me a long time to create the Evite. And they are expensive.
Actually, I would not recommend Evite to someone because then they would be calling me back to tell me how to do it and I would be working for Evite with no salary!

I have struggled with my Evite for an upcoming event. I've used Evite for my past events and never had this many issues or reasons to contact customer service.
From simple things like changing profile photo (reported over 3 weeks ago - they've sent messages saying they are still trying to fix it) to more major issues like not being able to access previous events ("Uh oh! There was an error. Please refresh the page, and contact support if it continues.") Guests from my previous event had uploaded photos which I can no longer view or download.
The flexibility of the design and options are now limited. UX is super clunky.
Customer service is slow and completely unhelpful.
I will no longer be spending $100+ per event with Evite. Time for a different service.

I would not call that "customer service." you should have a phone number with a live agent. I don't believe I saw an option to email a question.

Can’t access an evite
I cant talk to someone and my sons birthday is a few days away. I am furious. this is unacceptable behavior

Change save the date to actual invitation
Told me there would be a $5 refundable charge and then tried to charge my account for $45! What a acam

Many save the date we're not received.
Also I need help with doing invitations also, sometimes the app won't verify the save. The date was sent many of my invite es on not being received.support

I wanted direction to transfer the invitation for save the date to the actual Evite, which is ready to send, without copying each address over again separately. Is there a way to attach the previous Evite from an event that hasn't happened yet? Thank you.

Can not get any assistance My card was charged Invites not sent I will now dispute it with my bank Service not rendered but my card was charged
I paid 17$ for 12 phone invite it said it was sending but Not sent. My card has been charged.
None of my contacts I entered are not added.
I exceeded 12 Will not allow me to correct it . Again my credit card was charged Invites NOT SENT and I cannot recover added guest

Impossible to contact them. I paid for a premium card with no ads but my card had lots of ads. Very confusing to guests
I have emailed three times and have received no response! I would not use Evite again or recommend it to anyone.
