Can not get any assistance My card was charged Invites not sent I will now dispute it with my bank Service not rendered but my card was charged
I paid 17$ for 12 phone invite it said it was sending but Not sent. My card has been charged.
None of my contacts I entered are not added.
I exceeded 12 Will not allow me to correct it . Again my credit card was charged Invites NOT SENT and I cannot recover added guest

An invitation draft that i had been working on was deleted. This was not done by me.
I discovered this on the day i was planning to send out the invitations. I emailed twice with no prompt response, so i tried calling customer service. A recorded message told me to send an email.
So frustrating! Such poor customer service!
Preferred solution: Help retrieving the deleted invitation.

Worst customer service. Don't pay for premium for evites. I paid for the premium to send an evite to 75 guests, and when I tried to send the evite, it asked me to make the payment again.

Help editing & completing an order
I gave up & went with a company who was responsive & very user friendly! Evite never responded to multiple emails. Other companies are readily available to assist & even have customer service phone numbers

Paid $17.99 to send 6 elites got nothing!
I worked on sending 6 evites, payed with my Amex card. Didn't receive a confirmation that it sent after paying $17.99.

I upgraded to the premium level of invitation from Evite. I spent time editing using the upgrades.
I approved the preview Evite and sent it to my husband as the first guest. We liked the result. However, when the remainder of the guests were sent their Evites, a plain mistake-ridden, earlier version without any upgraded edits (background pattern, envelope color, insert pattern, etc.) was sent out by Evite. I'm embarrassed and upset.
I sent several messages to 'support@***.com' stating the issue. They ignored my requests for help with the premium edits, but they removed one mistake (which took 24 hours). I tried to call the customer service number 213-699-**** to ask for a refund.
They do not answer and advise using the useless 'support@***.com' system! Very disappointed by this trickery...

After a very slow four days of breadcrumb fixes, Evite's support team finally restored my ability to have full access to edit and restore my Evite invitation to the Premium $37.00 standard that I paid for. It was very frustrating and their fixes took around 24 hours to initiate.
They do not have a direct line to customer service, they do not pick up their phone. Their message states that all issues are handled through their web address customer support at Evite.com.
They did not compensate me for my trouble except a code to use another Evite premium invitation for free. It expires in one year.

- Many technical issues when using the paid premium service

Resolved: My invitation is complete.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Issue was resolved as I figured out how to set up payment.Not a big problem.
My invitation is complete, but I can't complete the purchase and send it. I may have two accounts.
I have entered payment information on one account. I'm confused. I created the invite on my iPad and my laptop, both of which are old. Sometimes, I could proceed on one device but not the other.
All I want to do is send my invite.

Paid for gold and it went out regular
I did the invitation and list and paid 39.99 for gold. It was never recognized and they keep asking for more money.
I have never been on a site that is so user unfriendly. It is infuriating.
I worked for 3 hours on my husbands surprise party and I used Evite. I paid for gold and it went out regular with all the ads. I am so upset.
