An invitation draft that i had been working on was deleted. This was not done by me.

I discovered this on the day i was planning to send out the invitations. I emailed twice with no prompt response, so i tried calling customer service. A recorded message told me to send an email.

So frustrating! Such poor customer service!

I upgraded to the premium level of invitation from Evite. I spent time editing using the upgrades.

I approved the preview Evite and sent it to my husband as the first guest. We liked the result. However, when the remainder of the guests were sent their Evites, a plain mistake-ridden, earlier version without any upgraded edits (background pattern, envelope color, insert pattern, etc.) was sent out by Evite. I'm embarrassed and upset.

I sent several messages to 'support@***.com' stating the issue. They ignored my requests for help with the premium edits, but they removed one mistake (which took 24 hours). I tried to call the customer service number 213-699-**** to ask for a refund.

They do not answer and advise using the useless 'support@***.com' system! Very disappointed by this trickery...

Good response from evite customer service

Couldn't get one of the email addresses to be added to guest list. Customer service emailed me and asked if I wanted them to make it happen right away or send me information on how to do it myself. I asked them to take care of it and it was done within 2 hours.

I worked on sending 6 evites, payed with my Amex card. Didn't receive a confirmation that it sent after paying $17.99. No confirmation. I don't think it went through. I don't understand.

I did the invitation and list and paid 39.99 for gold. It was never recognized and they keep asking for more money. I have never been on a site that is so user unfriendly. It is infuriating.
